Sorry for the inconvenience.

If your budew doesnt evolve is a problem regarding the Happiness, i would like suggest you let your pokemon gets defeat, log out for a couple seconds, log in and try evolve it again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

i would like inform you that your Budew, need to have full happiness, you can check the happiness with /happy and the slot of the pokemon, The max happiness your pokemon can reach is 255, and you need to have 255 and level up it during Day time, this time starts from 10 am to 8 pm in game your Budew will evolve.
