So returned and recovered account. Prior I beat the e4 in kanto and ready to go to johto but now I have to complete the e4 again. Is this a bug or am I going to have to beat the e4 again in kanto to proceed?

I have checked your account's database and found out you are already Kanto Champion.

In order to start Johto story you have to walk your way through Viridian city to New Bark Town.

 

Try the procedure above and please, tell me if your problems have been solved.

I tried the above steps but did not work. Prior to 12 hours ago I was not a champion but with all kanto badges and areas accessible. I manually went back through the e4 with some lent pokemon*mind you that was a great addition to the game* and I am now in johto. Thank you for looking into it. I was just worried about being able to do it again is all.
