What have you done before the problem was there?

travel to trainers valley and i have the blackscreen 'loading map" now

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

reset box, re-download the game restart game in 32 and 64bit, stop the firewall from my computer

I just travel to trainers valley and now i have the blackscreen "loading map".

next time you're online make sure to contact a mod in irc, ingame chat (if possible) or via discord. you have to be teleported out of there. after you got teleported out do f2 and type in " clean reg ", you should be able to enter the pc than.

Well, Mapplle helps me and i was teleported in another city,i did the f2 clean reg but i had a crash some hours later and when i reconnect in game......i was in the blackscreen "loading map" again....i don't really understand but when i log, the downloading map "failed", my firewall and antivirus was off so i don't really understand where is the problem.

 

I'm really sorry to disturb everyone with my problem but i don't really want to pay for a game i can't play :s
