My parasect can't relearn spore

i've caught a parasect lv 53 at mt silver, and he can not relearn spore from the old man at saffron city, i want to know why, can i fix this? i need parasect high lv with spore and false swipe to catch pkm. pls help, tks admin.

Sometimes it helps people to level up a bit, learn a move they don't need and go to the move relearner again.

I've tried relearning spikes on my forretress yesterday. Couldn't find them in relearn move list.

I have the same problem with a shroomish, lvl45 learned spore but wanna move the position so i put anoher move on it, but what my surprise when i saw i can't relearn spore again :Shocked:

And now he's lvl50 and still can't learned, so i left him, but please fix ^^' (and i didn't eveolve to breloom, in case)
