What have you done before the problem was there?

my ingame username is Ashdragon89 and i was playing and in the process i had 150,000 poke dollars and i had made a trade with someone for 10 rare candys and before i could take a screenshot to have proof incase something happened to the server the server crashed and i lost all my rare candies and my 150,000 poke dollars... if you would please give me back my rare candies or my 150,000 poke dollars i would appreciate it. cus i have tried refreshing logging out and then back in and everything else to fix this but nothing has worked.

Unfortunately, lost items in crashes are non-refundable, as it's in the ToS. In addition, I'd like to quote this:

so you have no evidence of the trade or related to that?

All i have Lafleur is the fact that I know i had 185,000 pokedollars before that trade and then right as me and my friend clicked accept in the trade window it crashed and then when i finally got back in i was out 150,000 poke dollars and 10 rare candys so that is why i am asking that i get my 150k pokedollars back or the 10 rare candies but since ingame items are non-refundable i would appreciate getting my 150k pokedollars back please.

without evidence we can't do anyhting.
