Thanks in advance for your help Hi, @Rapha8466. If you are blocked out because of the storm, you need a pokemon with a cloud nine ability in your party to get rid of the storm. Note that, once you get rid of the storm, you won't be needing to keep holding a cloud nine pokemon in your party.
