Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Are you sure that your old account is Minet232323 and not Minet23, cause after i've checked, there is no user named Minet232323, but instead Minet23 is available and has 18 hours of playtime on Red server. Perhaps that's the account you're looking for?

If so, you will need to go to your dashboard and merge your accounts before you can play on Silver.

"This thread" will explain everything you need to know and how to merge your accounts. Make sure to select Red as your main server so you won't lose any story progression.
