I have already 243 Evolved data now but still says I lack the experience.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is not a bug, other of the requirements for those fossils is have at least 360 hours of playtime, as i could see you have 284 hours of playtime.

 

Do not hesitate in ask if you continue having doubts.
