Hello @Fardad. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try to follow the listed procedure below and tell me if it solves your issue: Delete/Uninstall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files Totally disable your antivirus and firewall Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD Place the folder of your client into your documents or downloads, not directly into the disk Run the game with administrators power Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application. Also, in case it should work, remember to re-activate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to the PROClient folder. Let me know if it worked or not.
