I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Could you please try to follow the listed procedure below and tell me if it solves your issue:

  • Delete/Uninstall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files
  • Totally disable your antivirus and firewall
  • Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD
  • Place the folder of your client into your documents or downloads, not directly into the disk
  • Run the game with administrators power

Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application.

Also, in case it should work, remember to re-activate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to the PROClient folder.
