My Game crashes on login in both server and I have tried some ways that I found on discord. (removing anti-virus, turning off firewall, etc.) but it still didn't work. I have attached a screenshot of a dialog box notification kind of thing before the game crash.

Could you please tell me what windows version you are using and if your device is 32 or 64 bits.
