Greetings, @ddlake Sorry for the inconvenience. When the thread of Change username, server transfer gets open you can request a reset of your account. Unfortunately this thread is closed, if you would like be notified of when this thread gets open again please join our DISCORD SERVER to be informed of when it can be opened again.
