Zigaz Posted February 16, 2016 Author Share Posted February 16, 2016 - Found the Pecha Berry in the trash can - Talked to Doctor Neumann in the Kitchen - Talked to Jensen - Defeated Jackson - Enter Ballroom, walk up the stairs to the place Blissey should be and nothing is there. - Guard outside of Caption area will not let me enter I've defeated and talked to every NPC. I've watched video and looked on forum to make sure I did everything correctly and I think I have. When I was doing the quest the server crashed and there was a roll back, that may have something to do with the problem.
