Kyurem Quest Guide.

Hello again ladies. I am back again with another guide. I hope this guide can answer some of your questions and guide you to Kyurem. Enjoy!

 

Note - please read every detail to avoid any confusion.

 

Before we start, I want to say thank you to Iriztha, Comrader, BadW0lf and MisakiTokura. Aswell as a BIG SHOUTOUT! to the Artists which helped me with some sprites!

To start the quest, the player must speak to the Old Lady NPC in Eumi Island Town. She is located to the left of the Pokémon Centre in the Town.

She explains to the player that there are some disturbances on the Island which is being caused by Reshiram & Zekrom, then asking the player to check out the issue.

We must now head to Evergreen Island Waterway ,with a Ground-type Pokémon ()which knows the move Surf to continue our quest.

 

To access Waterway we must speak to Sailor Drew in Eumi Island Town.

We should now be in Evergreen Island Waterway, the player must speak to Sailor Johhny who mentions that the water is electrified and will need something to allow us to travel in the electrified waters. This is where our Ground-type Pokémon ( ) which knows the move Surf comes into place. Having this in your team will allow the player to progress onwards.

 

The player must now head north-west of the map towards Galeras Islands.

Once the player has arrived to Galeras Island South, they have to battle and defeat the Zekrom and Reshiram to calm them down. Disclaimer - it does not matter on who you battle first.

After defeating both Reshiram & Zekrom, they will both calm down and explain how their brother (Kyurem) was able to control their minds. Once this is finished, we need to head back to the village to continue our quest.

 

 

Now that we are back at the Town, we must talk to the old lady once again.

 

 

 

 

 

She will just give us a back story regarding the origins of the Tao Trio, when suddenly the players hears a woman crying in the distance

The player must head over to "Eumi Island House 1" and speak to Joey's mum. She will explain how her son has not returned home and pleads to the player to save him. After this the old lady will give you a Mysterious potion. Disclaimer - the Mysterious Potion will not show in your bag.

 

The player must now get half of thier team as Dark-type Pokémon, for example if they have a team of 6 Pokémon, 3 of them will need to be Dark type and so on. We must now head back to Evergreen Island Waterway and head east to Enyor Island

Once the player has arrived, they will need to make their way through the Enyor Forest towards Enyor Cave.

The player must now make their way through the cave defeating any Cryogonal in your way. Disclaimer - there are three maps for Enyor Cave (A, B or C). The cave generated for you to go through will always randomly be decided between the three.

After going through the cave, the player will get this Dialogue appearing

Having half of your Pokémon as Dark-type's will allow the player to get past this obstacle. For example if 3 out of your 6 pokémon are Dark-type, the headache will stop and let you go through.

 

We must now head towards the Kyurem located in the middle of the map. However before we can get to him, we will need to defeat a Weavileand Alakazam blocking the way.

 

We can now battle and defeat this Level 100 Kyurem

After defeating it, the player will be transported back to the village to be thanked by the Mum for saving her son. Additionally if the player was able to defeat this Kyurem without losing, They would be rewarded a Reroll Ticket and 50 Christmas Tokens. If they lost once and battle it again they only get rewarded 50 Christmas Tokens and if they lose twice or more, Joey will be hurt and the player will not receive anything.

 

To finish off the quest, the player must head back to Enyor Forest and head to the entrance of Enyor Cave where the Kyurem will be blocking the way. The player must then interact and defeat this level 100 Kyurem again.

Once you have defeated the level 100 Kyurem, it will head west of the Forest and this is when you can prepare to capture a level 50 one. To make things easier to capture gather your hunting pokémon (Sync + False Swiper).

Q: Is this quest permanent?

A: Yes, it is now permanent, where as before it was available for the Christmas 2019 event.

 

Q: Is Kyurem allowed in Ranked PvP?

A: Yes

 

Q: Can we get Black or White Kyurem?

A: You cannot

 

Q: Where and what is the Kyurem form Changer?

A: The Kyurem form changer is located to the left of Evergreen Villages Pokémon centre. It's function is to remove the Christmas form from Kyurem. Do note once removing the Christmas form, you cannot revert back.

Q: How do I make my Pokémon stop getting headaches ?

A: To overcome this obstacle you will need Half of your team as Dark-type Pokémon as said above. For example if your team contains 6 Pokémon, 3 of them will need to be Dark-type and so on.

 

Q: If we lose our KyuremEither via disconnect, blacking out agaisnt it, not having enough Pokéballs or accidentally running away from it, how do I get it back?

A: You would need to fight Boss Nikola located in Unknown Place (Trainers Valley), after defeating him the Kyurem will reappear back in Enyor Forest.

I don't have a good connexion right now (so i will probably have at least one disconnect while fighting one of those boss) but i don't want to miss it ethier...

I've been stuck on the Enyor Island Clearing (after the Cryogonal step) for more than an hour.

 

My pokemons complain about headache and i can't move forward, it's just pushing me back over and over.

 

I tried following some tips such as " walk by the walls" but whatever nothing work
