We must now head to Evergreen Island Waterway ,with a Ground-type Pokémon ()which knows the move Surf to continue our quest.

 

To access Waterway we must speak to Sailor Drew in Eumi Island Town.

Guide is out-dated, she moved to Eriyadu Island now. 

 

You can access there via one of the Sailor in eumi island town dock.

yeah took me almost an hour to find the an answer. this guy should've update his post too cuz this is the first thing  that shows up when searching
