To reset the battle with Kyurem, you will need to Fight the boss named Nikola.

 

He is loacted in Trainers Valley, if you click on Nikola's name in the sentence above, it will show you the direction above. Secondly if you do not know how to access Trainers Valley, take a look at this guide (click on the word guide).
