reroll tickets and coins bug (xmas kyurem quest)

hi people, ive finished the kyurem quest and obtained the xmas kyurem but i didnt seem to get the reroll tickets and the coins. Is this a bug or is it just that only some players can get them?

-yes ive talked to joeys mom after defeating kyurem

-yes i tried relogging in

-yes i tried talking to them again

-no im not lying nor making this up

-no i didnt mis-search the item

-no its not an inventory bug, ive tried relogging in with 2 different devices

 

i have problems placing the screenshot here, i would love to send the proofs via discord @Taka#7922 or instagram

please help me find a solution into this, if only some players are rewarded so, then feel free to delete this thread.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

As i could see using our tools you lost vs kyurem once, lose vs kyurem means you lose the opportunity to get that free reroll but you get 50 xmas tokens as reward for bring joey to home with his mom.

I hope this have claririfed your doubts.
