Lo sentimos por el inconveniente.

Como pude comprobar através de nuestras herramientas perdiste una vez contra Kyurem, al perder contra el pierdes la oportunidad de obtener 1 reroll ticket y 50xmas tokens, pero si lo derrotas en el siguiente intento consigues las 50 xmas tokens, por eso no lograste conseguirlo.

 

Espero que esto haya solucionado sus dudas.
