Hi..i want report bug for rerroll ticket, why i dont get it? I have to finish all quest, defeat kyurem, and catch the kyurem.

But i didnt get rerroll ticket, may you help me to fix it and i can get rerroll ticket?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Since you dindnt provide the username where you made the quest i would like communicate you if you lose vs kyurem once you lose the opportunity of get that free reroll, and instead of that you get 50 xmas tokens but if you lose twice or more you dont get any reward for the quest.
