Hello @Xiab,

 

It seems like you didn't speak with Barry in Acuity Lakefront. He will tell you that he lost and that you need to go to Team Galactic HQ in Veilstone City.

After that speak with the grunt in front of the Galactic HQ and you should be able to continue.
