Unfortunately I cannot connect to the silver account but only to the gold account that has almost no progression in it. How can I fix that please? Thanks so much! Greetings, @Jeff Sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes when you merge an account your passwords get unsynchronice and you're not able to log on silver server but yes on gold server. For this i would like suggest you reset your password through our option FORGOT PASSWORD to synchronice your passwords and be able to log in again. I hope this have solved your issue.
