I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you try the following procedures and see if your pokemon evolves?

 

First, let your karrablast get defeated by a wild pokemon to get it's happiness decreased.

Logout wait a couple seconds, relog revive the karrablast and then re-do the trade.

I'll be waiting for your reply.
