Sorry for the inconvenience.

The only way to reset an account at the moment would be make a request in the reset account thread.

This thread is currently closed so we can not offer you an account reset right now.

If you would like be informed of when this thread gets open again please join our official DISCORD SERVER, there you will get informed from upcoming updates and maintenances and when this thread can be opened.

But please keep in mind we dont have any eta of when this thread can be open again. If you would like start the story again you can go to Silver or Gold server depending of where you made the story and make the story again. If you dont want change server because you have friends there you can make up to 4 accounts counting your currently one.
