Sadly staff can't bring back to Eevee, When an evolution is done they can't recover it.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

From our tools unfortunately we can not de-evolve a pokemon. I hope you understand it but we can not do anything to de evolve your umbreon to eevee. Keep in mind that happened to other users too with other pokemons and would be unfair if we find a way to do de evolve your pokemon and not de evolve their pokemon when they made the request and got a no as reply. I hope you understand this too.
