Since the minor, (what i am guessing was server wide), crash the night before last i can no longer donate, or buy coins. and its very frustrating. I called my bank to make sure they were not blocking it, and they were not. so i made a pay-pal account and tried to donate that way, and that didn't work either. so i don't know what to do.

I had the same problem. Had to transfer money to my paypal balance. That worked.
