I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we are not able to revert the change and apply the IV shown in the preview as we are not able to verify that.

In the past months and years we have received multiple fake-proof/screenshot, for example edited with photoshop, aimed at scamming us and, since we have not a 100% reliable method to find what has been faked/edited and what not, we have decided to not offer support for these issues as it could be easily abused due to the reason explained before and create big problems within the game.
