What have you done before the problem was there?

I am trying to level up Venipede and I tried to relearn Venoshock from move-tutor after I evolve it into Scolipede. But I found that it can't learn Venoshock which is a move that Scolipede should be able to learn at leve 28.

 

The next problem is that my Shuckle can't relearn move Struggle Bug and Shell smash. Shuckle should be able to learn it at level 12 and level 34 sperately.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have tried to find some information on internet to find whether they can learn those moves.

are these gen 6 moves?

 

if so, some gen 2 and all of gen 3-5 only have gen 5 moveset, not gen 6
