Sup, i'm new to game and I really enjoy the smooth graphics and gameplay. Definitely the best pokemon version ever released! but I got a question about why servers are down so often. If its for updates and patching and stuff, why not do it like how other mmorpgs do it, by updating one server, while players continue to play on the other (requires min 2 servers...) unless PRO runs only on one server... eh what about cloud server services? I don't really know how servers and hosting works, but as a customer (who buys in game stuff) I'd really like this game to be running with the least downtime.

 

please feel free to educate me on what's actually going on during 'offline' status... thanks!
