Sorry for the inconvenience.

The starter pokemons what you can take from the different labs of the regions are shiny locked, but you still can be lucky and get a form of those pokemon when the event gets on, but remember the chance to be that can be litteraly impossible since would be the same chance as a normal encounter.

As we could find some users got clones and halloween pokemon from their starter pokemon, if you start to create accounts in an event to try get a clone faster please keep in mind that you only can have up to 4 accounts.
