Samurai Posted February 3, 2020 Share Posted February 3, 2020 I got a similar problem once, usually happens when you create a shotcut of the game and then change the location of the original folder, try delete everything related to the game and download again, or delete the shortcut (IF YOU HAVE ONE) and try open the game at the original folder. Could you please try to follow the procedure below and tell me if it solves your issue: Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files Totally disable your antivirus and firewall Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD Place the folder of your client into your documents or downloads, not directly into the disk Run the game with administrators power Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application.
