eevee evolution bugged i need delevel

I levelled eevee with 255 happy at 08:32 (day) and it has not evolved on Espeon.

Now it's level 100 what should I do?

I deleveled your Eevee to level 98. Please try to level up your Eevee with full happiness between 10.00 and 20.00 o'clock ingame time and it should evolve into a Espeon.
