I am really sorry for the caused inconvenience.

 

Unfortunately, we don't refund in such cases, simply because we can't respawn it for you.

As we weren't experiencing any server issues or anyone else had any problems I think the issue's cause was on your end.

 

However the Clefable is huntable at the moment, so that is a way to get it. I wish you goodluck in case you decide to hunt it.
