Clefable disappeared

After finishing all requirements and quest in the event i'm in the part where i get the chance to catch my clefable but when i talk to it it directly shows the pop -up message that "i should tell this to jerome". Sadly i didn't have any chance to battle/catch it.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

As i could see using our tools and checking your variables you fought Clefable and you defeated it without catch it. Unfortunately we can not give you another chance for it, would be unfair for those users what experienced the same issue. I hope you understand it.
