Todos os itens que meus pokemons seguram simplesmente depois de desconectar o servidor ontem, tem alguma chance de resolver isso?

As i could see using our tools your pokemon are holding items and you have a lot of items,are you missing an important item? if is that the reason can you please clarify which items are?
