i cant access to my account

yeah i know it sounds weird, im not refering to this account. I was recently banned and i want to make an appeal, somehow i can reach the dashboard with my username and password i type exactly the same in the main page to access the forum but doesnt work, says like ur username doesnt exist. I dont really know how a mod would resolve this but i want to ask if the main page and dashboard should have the same username and password

I would like suggest you try to reset your password through the option FORGOT PASSWORD to get access to your account.

first i tryied to change my password in the dashboard area (the password at least changes for the dashboard page, but still dont gave me access to the forum) , then i change email (still waiting for the confirmation message in my old email), and now i clicked into forgot my password as u kindly suggested but it is kinda the same problem i got in the email change, anyway i'll wait several hours to see if the message came out, if not well i'll notice u
