my characters moves down on its own i cant control it

i have tried logging out and in and restarting client nothing works

Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please give me some more information? Is that with Mouse and Keyboard on a Laptop? Since when do you have that Problem? Is it only in PRO? Have you tried some other game? Have you tried to restart your computer if it happend just recently?

3rd button on mouse means that you can control movement with the mouse, and its a toggle, click on click off. try pressing it.

i play with mouse an keyboard on a PC .i just recently got back into the game from a long break and the movement works perfectly in other games.i have tried restarting the PC. and it still doesn't work

If the Problem still exists you can try do delete all PRO related Files and download the newest Client from here.
