Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

To unlock this cave, you need 200 hours of playtime and have battled the Entei NPC at Johto Safari Mountain Zone:

 

After you've done this, the cave will open up and you should be able to access it.

Thank you so much, but as i said, i already finished Legendary Beasts quest and i have Lava Bell for the boss. I think i have some kind of bug.

and i have 448 hours.

I ended up discovering the problem, for some reason the entei guardian needs 450 hours but sui and raikou don't, think that's a bug. Anyway, thanks for helping me!
