I have caught data of 135 kanto pokemon and evolved data of 40 pokemon and I still can't go to love island. Can anyone explain why?

From what you have said it seems like you already have the requirements to access love Island.

Requirements:

• Catch 120 Pokémons native from Kanto (from range #1-#151)
  
• Get 38 evolved data
  

 

However sometimes we can all make mistakes when counting. Could you please try and speak to Professor Oak in his lab in Kanto. He will tell you the exact numbers you have. If he says you're still missing the requirements needed then you know why. If you do infact have the requirements needed and still it won't let you go to love Island I advise you post pictures of what Oak says here then a staff member will be able to assist you.
