What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing i just logged in and i saw how it looks and i was not happy with my character

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried myself to delete my character but sadly could not.

Hey I just started playing on your server and I made a new character just have like max 30 min in this game but i would like to delete my character and just start fresh because i am not very happy with how my character looks like and I just could not find how to remove it and just start a new one .I would be very happy if i could just start fresh and my old character just to get removed .

You can't. You have to create a new one. You can have 2 character per email, or you can just subscribe with a new email.

I know i cant but i just wanted to get it removed i just played max 30 min and it's a waste to start a new one also if i sub with a new email i also need to donate again for active membership and that would be a waste.I just want to start again fresh .

we won't delete your account, however you can buy clothing to change your characters appearance (lavander town/ecruteak town or coin shop)
