I checked it at least 10 times, but not in any of the specified places, I am waiting for help on this subject

Can you confirm to me that you've already checked in these following spots:

- Petalburg Maze

- Devon Corporation 3F (Rustboro City)

- Granite Cave 1F2 (Dewford Town)

- Route 124 underwater

- Shoal Cave Low Tide Ice Room (North of Mossdeep City)

- Mossdeep Gym (Should be hiding in a corner, hidden by a wall)

- Sky Pillar 5F

- Hoenn's Victory Road

- Route 134 (Behind a rock)

yes I looked everywhere. I was looking at all places 2 or 3 times a day for 3 weeks, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Are you sure you've checked every possible spot? Make sure that you thoroughly checked the spots, travel to the locations, and not use a zoomed out camera view.

Please refer to this guide: Legendary Megathread and match them with your locations.
