But, can you please try the following steps and see if it still doesn't evolve? 1. Let your tangela faint battling a wild pokemon. 2. Logout, Close the client, Open the client, Login and revive your tangela. 3. Level up your tangela. I'll be waiting for your reply. Have a nice day.
