Lost TM-Thunderbolt after a rollback

Was playing new in Hoenn when I taught a pokemon with TM thunderbolt I had on my bag, after another disconnection (3rd in the last hour) and a rollback once more, my pokemon didn't have the ability and the tm was gone from my bag

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately we can not give new items or progress deleted for a rollback, i hope you understand it but would be unfair for those users what lost part of their progress with this rollback/crash of server and dont get rewarded too.

And i would like you see this quote too:
