My brother is trying to get back his account back but he cant remember the username (is character is old so it still remain in red server), and when he tries to reset his password in looking for his username, at the time that he has to enter the username or email, he enter the email but says that the account doesn't exists, and when he tries to create an account with that same email it says that email is already in use. I tried to do the same with my account that i remember and already login and know the email, happen the same thing, it says that the account doesn't exists.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

To get the email to recover your password you need to put the USERNAME, not the email on the option forgot password, as you can see in the screenshot you showed it says any users exist because you putted the email not the username.
