so I came up with this idea while seeing the constant flow of outbreaks due to the virus, and I thought how about once a week over the span of 24 hours, we get 3 8 hour outbreaks of a random starter pokemon. and it varies from both server, and it would just start at like 0:00 GMT and end at 0:00 GMT the next day
