Hello, I released a heatran thinking I could battle Nikola boss and have another attempt at heatran. I have just found out that Nikola can only be re-battled once... and that too after I released my second heatran and built a team within the month specifically to beat Nikola.

 

Would there be a way to have the first heatran returned to me?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Nikola can be battled more than once, however you can only recatch any released or failed first legendary attempts one time. You can read more about him here.

 

As for your Heatran, unfortunately I cannot recover your first Heatran, I have however recovered your latest one you caught and released. It should be in the last slot of your PC.
