Hello, i write this post because i create this account 4 years ago, and the other day i change the server from blue server to silver server, but when i want to enter the server put this message "Invalid username or pasword", and are correct the both. And When i try enter the gold server it works but the silver nop, and i transfer the account to the gold server, and in this server my account works, but the silver server still not working, and i want my account in the silver server. Can anyone help me pls¿?¿?¿?¿? I need my account in silver server.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sometimes when you merge your account from Red or Blue server your password gets unsychronice and you need to reset your password, so please reset your password through the option FORGOT PASSWORD and you will be able to log in again.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you changed server using the monthly server transfer you will have to wait 30 days to transfer your account back to silver for free, if you would like to transfer it right now you will have to pay 100 coins through the option in the dashboard.
