I was using my new main account (@Mimikyum) while I had to return to the surface from route 127 underwater,

but when I used dive I spawned in the canalave city dock and I don't know what to do to return where I was supposed to be,

 

I used an escape rope to go back to mossdeep pokemon center but it teleported me in the canalave pokemon center instead even though I never healed there.

 

so any staff member can make me return where I was supposed to be in route 127 near mossdeep city ?

We was able to pin-point the bug as it was relating something internal and it has been fixed. If you can, if you can @ me on the forums or the Discord as I'm in the official one as well, I can be able to teleport you back.
