When I originally got the game in 2017 or 2018, I received a Charizard mount. When I logged back in recently, I had to start over, which is fine. I had my Charizard mount but 5 seconds into playing it disappeared and I no longer have it. Is there any way I can get my normal Charizard mount back?

As i could see you logged on Gold server, using our tools i saw that time ago you was playing on BLUE SERVER, there you have your Charizard mount and part of your progress, if you would like get back your progress, items and pokemons back please merge your account from the DASHBOARD selecting as main server BLUE SERVER.

NOTE: currently the dashboard is disabled and will be back soon, to get information of when the dashboard comes up again join our DISCORD SERVER.
