Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have deleveled your Tyrunt to level 99, i would like recommend you to let your tyrunt gets defeat by a wild pokemon to make his happiness decrease, log out for a minute, log in revive the pokemon and level up again, that should make your pokemon evolve.
