hi,

i have a problem, i did the power plant quest i even managed to beat wally, and finished the quest, i tried the teleporter for the firts time, but now after talking to wattson i dont have access to the teleporter the officer tell me to talk to wattson and wattson tell me that captain phantom steal an important machine part but this is not related to this quest so i dont understand why i can't use it, i tried to relog but nothing work.
